Unique Challenges of the Elderly

The biological effects of aging can sometimes force older adults to face a variety of unique challenges.   As your bodies weaken, your eyesight and hearing deteriorate and your mobility becomes limited, you may start to wonder how long you will be able to enjoy what you love to do.    You can start to question what's in store for the rest of your lifes.
“We are never old with the strength of the spirit, although the body may fail.”
― Lailah Gifty Akita

Declining health can be difficult for many older adults to accept.   You can start to question your capabilities and strengths.   Would you be able to enjoy the same lifestyle?   Will you be able to afford retirement?  Did you have enough savings?   With the increasing cost of living and healh care costs, would you be able to keep the home you raised your children in?   Will your children move away and forget about you?   Will you have to live alone eventually?  Did you live the best life you could?
You do not have to be alone in this!  I can help!  Together we can sort things out so you can be free to design meaningful moments with those you care about the most!
As the list of concerns grow, some older adults start to suffer from mental health concerns. You may begin to isolate yourself, feel like a burden to family and friends, question the purpose of the rest of your life, and many more concerns.
